    Police in Montgomery County say a man was struck by a truck and killed while riding his bicycle near the intersection of Darnestown Road and Quince Orchard Road in Gaithersburg Monday morning. A Ford F550 truck operated by the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission was apparently driving west on Darnestown Road and turned left into a shopping center on a green signal at about 9:45 a.m. The bicyclist was riding east on Darnestown Road and was struck by the truck at the entrance to the shopping center, located in the 12100 block of Darnestown Road, according to police.     Three people are dead after the vehicle in which they were riding went off the road and struck a tree in Silver Spring early Sunday morning.     A young child playing with matches started a fire in a row of townhouses in Gaithersburg Saturday that displaced 13 people but injured no one. Firefighters were called to the 9600 block of Horizon Run Road at about 10 a.m., where there was a heavy fire reported on the second floor and in the attic, according to Twitter posts from Pete Piringer, a spokesman for Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service.
